Based on the principle of Helmholtz resonator, super micro-perforated acoustic panel can achieve NRC as high as 0.80 and average sound absorption coefficient as high as 0.70 with the aperture of 0.5mm and the perforation rate of 4%. WALL INSTALLATION
Wood Battens Installation
1. Wooden keel leveling wall (spacing 400-600mm).
2.Fill fiberglass acoustic panel between wooden keels.
3. Fix the super micro-perforated acoustic panel to the wooden keel with a gun nail, and insert the wooden slip into the female slot.
4.Repeat above works, until the installation is complete, gap between panels is generally recommended to be 3-5mm, and the location of the nail is recommended on the side of the panel.
5.Installation completion effect.
