01. Preface

In recent twenty years, with the rapid growth of China's furniture manufacturing industry and decoration industry, laminate wall panels are more and more widely used in commercial buildings and residential spaces such as hotels, offices, education, real estate, medical care, etc.

02. Overview

WINEGO decorative system selects the industry's best environmental protection and fire resistant base materials and finishes, adopts exquisite manufacturing technology, completes all process details before delivery, and only needs simple assembly on site.

It is not only a wall panel, but a complete set of wall system solutions, providing customers with all-round one-stop service. WINEGO decorative system consists of flat panel, modeling panel, installation keel, external corner and internal corner edgin g system, etc.

Structure: Base materials, finish, back, installation and angle treatment system.

Base Materials: Fire-resistant density panel, Solid wood multi-layer plywood, A grade antibacterial ice-fire panel, A grade MGO rock board, A grade Alu-MGO composite panel, A grade aluminum-wood composite panel.

Finishes: Engineered veneer, Natural veneer, Dyed veneer, Smoked veneer, High-pressure laminate, Melamine, Pure color eco-friendly paint.

Size: W 600/1200* L 600/1200/2400* T 12/15/18mm, and other customized size(length can be customized to 3000mm or 3600mm.

Environmental Protection Performance

All materials meet the national and international environmental protection standards, and meet the requirements of e1 according to en717-1 formaldehyde emission limits.

Fire Resistance

According to GB8624-2012 Classification for burning behavior of building materials and products, the burning behavior reaches Grade A /B1.

· Fire-resistant: Glass A
· Features: Fire resistant and high strength

Solid Wood Multi-layer Plywood

· Protection: Standard E0 or E1
· Fire-resistant: Class B1
· Features: Good stability, not easy deform and moisture resistant

A Grade Alu-MGO Composite Panel

· Protection: Standard E1
· Fire-resistant: Class A
· Features: High-quality glass magnesium plate, aluminum plate on both sides, and decorative layer structure, with fire prevention, high strength, excellent mildew, moisture and corrosion resistance

Grade Antibacterial Lce-fire Panel

· Protection: Standard E1
· Fire-resistant: Class A
· Features: Fire resistant insulation, antibacterial and moisture-proof

06. Finish I: Veneer Catalogue

Engineered Veneer

Through deep processing of raw materials with a series of processes such as drying, dyeing, reconstruction, insect removal, high temperature and high pressure, it forms "natural texture" or other texture styles beyond nature, so as to eliminate the problems of scab and irregularity of natural veneer.

Dyed Veneer

Using high technology to make defects and coloring treatment on natural veneer, it not only keeps the natural texture and touch of veneer, but also achieves more delicate finishing effect. The flexibility of its color leaves designers with space for color imagination.

Natural Veneer

Select precious wood species, customize the production process according to the wood characteristics, and retain the natural texture and touch of the veneer through the processes of cutting, planing, drying and cutting. Each veneer is a unique art.

Smoked Veneer

Also known as carbonized veneer. After surface carbonization or deep treatment, the surface of veneer has a very thin carbonized layer, which highlights the concave-convex wood grain texture and three-dimensional effect. Clear texture, retro and chic, meeting diversified and personalized demands.
