Micro-perforated panels are manufactured on fibreboard panels (MDF) with microperforations on the visible side and big holes in the back side to improve absorption coefficient of the panels. It trap the noise and reduce sound reverberation in the room.

1. Keel systems install method:
◕ Fix main keel WY-008 on the wood battens and light steel keel by gunnail and screw.
◕ Fix the WY-009 side keel in the end of install area.
◕ The groove move along WY-008 and WY-009 direction from left to right and bottom to top.
◕ Solid and natural veneer has request for texture.we will mark number’s on the back.Pls install it from small number to big.
2. Wood slat install method
◕ First install the wooden batten according to the design requirements and level it, install the acoustic panel on the wooden batten with gun nails, and insert the wooden slat into the sidegroove
◕ Align the side groove of the second acoustic panel with the wooden slat, and install and fix it with gun nails
◕ Align the side groove of the third acoustic panel with the wooden slat, and install and fix it with gunnails
◕ Repeat until the installation is completed, the joints between the boards are generally recommended to be 3-5mm, and the nailing position is on the side of the panel
